Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. We can deliver to both domestic and commercial addresses.  All our orders are made fresh to order, and are shipped on an overnight service to get your juices to you before 10am.  We currently deliver Tuesdays and Fridays.  You don’t need to be in to sign for your delivery, however you will need to let the courier know a safe place to leave your juice in whilst you’re out.  Our juices are fresh and highly perishable. They will arrive chilled, so please refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

Pick up
 We offer a pick-up option for those of you who live or work locally. Please liase with us to let us know when you intend to pick up your juices. We will need 24 hours notice for orders.

Pick up days are Monday – Friday 08.00-18.00.
Payment
We accept payment of major credit & debit cards via a secure authentication method through our website. We do not accept cheques or cash on delivery.  On occasion, we can accept bank transfer but please contact us in advance to discuss this option.
Confirmation
Confirmation of payments & orders received will be sent to you in writing via email.
Delivery date confirmation will also be communicated in writing.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be received 48 hour before your delivery date.  For example if your delivery has been booked for Wednesday, you must cancel your order by Monday. We will then of course refund your payment.  Due to the nature of our business we cannot accept cancellations during the 48 hours prior to your delivery. Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the original booking.
Faulty Goods & Refunds
Once the delivery has been made we cannot take responsibility if juices are left to spoil. The juices become your responsibility once they have been delivered by the courier. If there are any defects or problems with your order please contact us immediately to let us know. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery we reserve the right to not refund or replace your purchase.
Pricing
All prices show include VAT at the current rate.
We occasionally run promotions and reserve the right to introduce promotional offers at any time.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date issued on the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part and cannot be replaced by THINK Press if lost or stolen.
Health
We strongly recommend that if you are either purchasing a detox package or intend to use your juices as part of a ‘juice cleanse’ that you seek medical advise before starting any nutritional program. Juices cleanses may not be suitable for everyone so please check with your GP before undertaking a program. Cleanse packages are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people taking specific medication or with medical conditional without medical supervision.
We are not able to deliver to those who have allergies that result in anaphylactic shock or diabetics who are insulin dependent. All THINK Press products are made in a kitchen that contains nuts. In ordering from us you represent that you do not have a nut allergy and that we cannot be responsible for any reaction you may have to nuts or other ingredients. THINK Press products are 100% raw and are not processed using pasteurisation or HPP, therefore may contain harmful bacteria.
