People are so adaptable, when lockdown first hit, we were all panic buying yoga mats and ankle weights and now that has become our new normal! If your living room workouts are feeling a little stale by now, we have you covered. Here are our best home workout programs that can breathe some life into your workout routine—and even may introduce you to some new ways to exercise.
Kayla Itsines – Kayla Itsines is an Instagram phenomenon whose workout guides have swept the world. Best Body Guide or BBG is a workout program that features a combination of low-intensity cardio, high-intensity interval training, and strength circuit workouts that are surprisingly challenging. It’s no surprise that Kayla gets results, head over to her Instagram to see her impressive transformations.
Psycle at home – Our favourite spinning studio Pyscle has released our favourite at home workouts. They have live workouts with their amazing instructors as well as on-demand classes that you can do anywhere, any time on their IGTV channel. Their workouts are fun, upbeat and really set you up for the day! Cannot recommend highly enough.
Jab London – Jab is a traditional boxing gym newly opening in Mayfair. Jab were very unlucky with the timing of their studio, opening just a few weeks before lockdown hit but in typical boxing style, they haven’t taken this lying down. We have been incredibly impressed with their online offering and never miss their couples Instagram lives with the best 90’s soundtrack around.
Barry’s Bootcamp at home – There is really something for everyone! From bodyweight classes, bands classes and even a few of their infamous treadmill and weights classes! The classes are chargeable however!
Copa Fitness – Cope Fitness provides HIIT workouts 3 days a week. Each work out will be a combination of intense cardio work followed by the focus of either legs or upper body strength work. Their sessions are designed to really challenge you both physically and mentally. Copa Fitness also hosts sessions for Kids for pre or after school.
