Delicious Carrot Juice recipe! The perfect midday juice…

We love carrots! Any why would’t we? They are the richest vegetable in vitamin A and help keep our bones and teeth healthy. We thought we’d share a quick and easy recipe that you can make at home.


  • 4 large carrots, peeled
  • a thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, unpeeled
  • a pinch of turmeric



  1. Juice half the carrots with the ginger, and then add the rest of the carrots. Finally, add a pinch of turmeric on top.
  2. Drink immediately or pour into an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
