What are the health benefits of a cleanse?

We passionately believe in the benefits of juice cleansing, and the impact it can have on your knowledge of, and attitude towards healthy eating. We have designed lots of programmes designed to achieve various different results. The simple philosophy behind a cleanse is to give your digestive system a break, remove any toxicity going into your body – whilst replenishing it with pure nutrients from freshly pressed vegetables, fruit, herbs and nuts.

Why do you use more vegetables than fruit?

We always strive to keep our vegetable content over 75% within our juices. There is no shortage of research to suggest that high sugar food and drinks can have negative effects on health. We would encourage people to eat their fruit, but juice their veg.

What is Raw and Cold Pressed Juice? What makes it different to normal juices?

Cold pressed juice is made without the additional of heat to the process. This means our juice is in its purest form possible, with nothing added. This retains higher levels of nutrients, and is guaranteed to be fresh. We blast freeze our juices as soon as they’re bottled, to lock in nutrients and flavour.

Which cleanse is best for me?

You can read more about each of our cleanses on the individual product pages to find out which might suit you best. If you’d like support in choosing a programme you can contact us directly and our team will be happy to help.

How much juice do I get per day?

All our programmes contain 5 x 500ml organic drinks per day so a total of 2.5litres per day.

How many calories are in each cleanse?

For our signature programmes, they contain the following calories per day:

Lighten Cleanse – 935 calories per day

Detox Cleanse – 895 calories per day

Strengthen Cleanse – 1260 calories per day

Nutritional and calorie information is available on all of our juices when you build a bespoke programme.

What are the benefits of doing a cleanse?

We are passionate believers in the power of juicing. The simple philosophy behind a cleanse is to give your digestive system a break, remove any toxicity going into your body – whilst replenishing it with pure nutrients from freshly pressed vegetables, fruit, herbs and nuts. The effect of the cleanse should go far past the length of the programme, and should kickstart you into a healthier lifestyle for good.

What is the shelf life of the juice?

All your juices will arrive with an expiry date on them, but will keep for at least 1 month in the freezer once delivered.

How sustainable are your products?

Sustainability is really important to us at THINK Press, and we’re always looking for ways for our products to be kinder to the environment.

We produce our juices when ingredients are at their best, so we have no wastage as every last drop is bottled and quickly blast frozen.

We use plastic bottles for a few reasons. Firstly, glass and freezers don’t mix! And secondly, it ensures we can deliver our juices to you safely with no risk of breakages. Our bottles are BPA free and are fully recyclable PET so you can be confident in making a sustainable choice.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to most postcodes in mainland UK. If you’re unsure, contact us directly and we’ll look into it for you.

We don’t need you to be in to take the delivery, but we just ask you leave us with instructions of where we can leave your juices if you are not there. We pack your juices in an insulated freezer box so they will stay frozen until you arrive home.
